The new, bigger and better TOFA Offices are located at 557 Lincoln Highway (the old Sears Parts and Repair Center). However, TOFA’s phone number, (215) 946-6062, fax number, (215) 946-6322, and off-hour emergencies number, (215) 945-3100, have remained the same.
A drop box is also located at 557 Lincoln Highway for your convenience after hours.
A Drive Thru Window has been installed and will be operational in the coming months.
Payments will no longer be accepted at the Falls Township Complex, 188 Lincoln Highway.
If you pay your bill online, please notify your bank that TOFA's address has changed. Walk-in payments are no longer accepted at 435 Alden Avenue; however, please continue to use the return envelope in with your bill that is addressed to 435 Alden Avenue. The Morrisville Post Office has agreed to work with TOFA and is forwarding all of our mail to a Post Office Box. This may take a little longer to receive your payment, so TOFA is allowing a few extra days before applying late fees to your account.
TOFA has been awarded a $1,000,000 H2O PA Grant for the Metering System Upgrade Program
Metering System Upgrade Program
Please be advised that Township of Falls Authority is upgrading its water meter system. Our contractor, National Metering Services, Inc. will be installing meters over the next six months. The new meters will be read by radio transmitter and the installation service is will be preformed free of charge. Access to your home to install the new meter and radio equipment will be required. In the event you are not home when the installer visits, you will be left a notice to call for an appointment. Time is of the essence to have the new system installed. National Metering Services’ installers are required to be in uniform and to have identification badges displayed at all times. They will be registered with the Township of Falls Police Department and proper background checks have been preformed. Their vehicles will also be appropriately marked with the company name.
All meters must be replaced with no exceptions.
