As part of our commitment to keeping residents and businesses informed, the Township of Falls Authority uses Ready Bucks as our official Emergency Notification service.
Ready Bucks delivers timely alerts by phone to individuals and targeted areas during emergencies—ensuring critical information reaches those who need it, when they need it. It’s a fast, reliable way to share important updates with our community.
Please note: If you previously registered for alerts through the Rave system, you will need to re-enroll with Ready Bucks to continue receiving notifications. Rave registrations do not automatically transfer.

Please be advised that Water/Sewer rate increase will become effective in April. The Township of Falls Authority is hosting five public meetings to provide information and answer questions regarding the rate adjustment. The meetings will be held at the TOFA building, 557 Lincoln Hwy on March 20th, April 30th, May 8th, May 29th, and July 10th at 6:30 PM.
**Important Notice**
Please be advised, that as of April 24th, 2024, The Board of Directors have implemented a service
fee of $100 to be applied to any account that requires the Authority to hand deliver a shut off
notice to the residence starting June 1st, 2024.
The next scheduled Board Meeting will be held on October 22nd, 2025
Board of Directors meetings are held at our Office and begin at 7:00 PM
