Corona Virus (Covid-19) Update – April 17, 2020

The next meeting is scheduled for May 27. Please contact us at INFO@TOFA-PA.COM if you have any comments or questions.

Until further notice, all customers visiting the Township of Falls Authority office at 557 Lincoln Highway can only use the PARKING LOT DROP BOX. Staff will not be serving walk-in or drive-thru customers until further notice. We remain available to serve you by phone at (215) 946-6062 extensions 101 and 106, and you can sign up for on-line bill payment through the Invoice Cloud link (PAY ONLINE NOW).

We are mindful of the inconvenience these precautionary measures impose on some of our customers. Please do not let this worry you. We will be sure to minimize the effects of any payment difficulty you encounter. We will notify you of further Corona Virus Response changes on our website. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

You may have noticed our distinctive trucks and dedicated staff in your neighborhood carrying out their essential water and sewer services tasks. While they are proud of the community service they perform, they are practicing all of the proscribed protective measures, including social distancing. For your sake and theirs, please do not approach them while they are working. Thank you for your cooperation. Stay safe and stay well.
