NOTIFICATION OF SEWER INVESTIGATION WORK

Beginning Monday November 7, 2022, representatives from Duke’s Root Control, Inc. (“Dukes”) will be in your area for the purpose of evaluating the condition of the sanitary sewer system and private sewer service laterals.

This method of testing requires representatives from Duke’s Root Control, Inc. to access manholes located within the Right-of-Way and/or utility easements, including those on private property but within the utility easement. In addition to access to the property, Duke’s may also require the temporary use of your driveway, as it may aid in the optimal position of their camera truck and equipment. Per manhole, the inspection process should last less than 30 minutes. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. All Duke’s representatives will have identification badges and will be wearing company uniforms at all times.

Please feel free to contact Duke’s at (888) 655-4085 or The Township of Falls Authority at 215-946-6062 at any time.

Receive important notifications from us on your phone

As part of our ongoing effort to provide more reliable communications with residents (and businesses) in the borough, we utilize Swiftreach Networks, Inc., as our Emergency Notification service provider and its Swift911™ system.

Swift911™ makes phone calls to specific people or areas in the event of an emergency to share important information. It’s a very handy tool for sending valuable messages to many people very quickly. All phone calls appear with the caller ID of “Falls Township” so recipients can know for sure that the message is from TOFA and legitimate.
