Corona Virus (Covid-19) Update – July 9, 2020
The Township of Falls Authority office is now open to drive-thru and walk-in customers. Masks must be worn inside the building.
We will be resuming in house appointments starting July, 15th. Customers will be asked a series of Covid-19 related questions before scheduling an appointment. We ask that all customers wear a mask and keep a 6-foot distance during the appointment for the protection of everyone. If any symptoms arise after the appointment is made, we ask that you contact us to reschedule for a later date when symptoms subside. The questions you will be asked are as follows.
Do you have a fever?
Do you currently have a cough or sore throat?
Have you traveled internationally within the last 14 days?
Have you been in contact with someone with known or suspected Covid-19?
Do you live with or have you been around someone who has exhibited signs and symptoms of fever and/or respiratory infection such as a cough or sore throat?
We are mindful of the inconvenience these precautionary measures impose on some of our customers. Please do not let this worry you. We will be sure to minimize the effects of any payment difficulty you encounter. We will notify you of further Corona Virus Response changes on our website. Please contact us at INFO@TOFA-PA.COM if you have any comments or questions. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

You may have noticed our distinctive trucks and dedicated staff in your neighborhood carrying out their essential water and sewer services tasks. While they are proud of the community service they perform, they are practicing all of the proscribed protective measures, including social distancing. For your sake and theirs, please do not approach them while they are working. Thank you for your cooperation. Stay safe and stay well.
